Wow, that is really sad…but Dunkirk, NY – my husband grew up in a neighboring small town and that area is pretty depressed and desperate right now. Part of the Rust Belt. I can understand how things got to that point. Very sad.
I’m so blessed to live in the beautiful Pacific Northwest!!!!
